If you are looking for a stay of under 7 nights before mid May or from October, please send us a quick email.

We can generally offer 3 or 4 night prices on request for Scarrabine Annexe, Stable and Courtyard cottages.

Our direct rates will normally be lower than airbnb prices due to their service fees.

Weekly rates should be available via the online booking system. For short break rates in late April and May and early June please pop us an email for our best price as they will not show up on searches.

I just realised in the craziness of all the recent enquiries and admin involved with re opening, we had forgotten to say we are opening! The date we are currently working towards is the 12th of April, when we have been told self catering businesses can open.

We will be asking groups to stay to one household or bubble/support group until restrictions ease at the end of may.

Existing bookings from the 12th of April are all good, anyone with Easter bookings before this date should now have been contacted.

We will be keeping our extra Covid cleaning measures and slightly later checkin and earlier checkout times as per 2020.

We look forward to welcoming guests old and new to our little piece of Cornwall very soon!

We hope everyone has had a lovely Christmas and New Year holiday.

We are currently closed for holiday stays since New Years eve when Cornwall went into tier three.

We are taking new bookings from Easter onwards for the time being, we will then re assess if needed. We are still offering a refund or date changes if your stay is not possible due to Covid 19. Our standard cancellation policy is on the website for any other issues.

We look forward to welcoming guests new and old in 2021 for some Cornish sea air and smiles!!

We are very pleased to say we are now open again for guests from tier One or Two in the UK.

We still have some availability for Christmas and New year so have a look at our availability search if you fancy a festive getaway or a short break this winter.

Our booking system is now up and running so that you can book online, if you are looking at dates that don’t fit the search calendar, please email us and we can quote for 5 night Christmas or New year breaks, or other winter shorter breaks than may not show up on the search system.

We are continuing our extra cleaning measures between stays to offer piece of mind at this time.

Due to the English lockdown being imposed from Thursday the 5th of November, we will be closed until at least the 2nd of December. We are not taking any new bookings for this period, any bookings already in place have been contacted and offered a refund or date changes.

We are now open for UK residents to book for 2021 holidays, we are currently not taking international guest bookings until the restrictions for travel are more clear in 2021.

Hi welcome to our new website for 2020. It is still a bit of a work in progress, so if something doesn’t make sense or if you have any questions about future bookings please let us know! We will soon be enabling online bookings but until then please contact us by email to request a booking form for particular dates.

We have been now open again since July the 4th when the travel restrictions were lifted for the UK.

We have already had lots of happy guests this Summer, and are really glad we could help people have a holiday in Cornwall after all the recent uncertainty.
